The cheat sheet ยท 2026 edition
150 hooks, captions and CTAs that stop the scroll, build trust, and turn quiet lurkers into buyers.
Before we start
Here's the truth nobody tells you: most women don't fail online because they're lazy or not camera-ready. They fail because their content sounds like everyone else's. Generic hooks. Forgettable captions. CTAs that whisper when they should sell.
Inside are 50 scroll-stopping hooks, 50 caption frameworks and 50 CTAs, tested, tweaked and ready to steal. Which matters, because staring at a blank caption box is exactly where your brain slides off and the post never gets written.
In the PDF these were three separate lists and the assembling was your job, which meant holding three of them in your head at nine at night. Here they click together. Pick a hook, a caption and a CTA and the finished post writes itself in the panel, with your niche and your offer already dropped in.
There is also a button for the days when choosing is the part you cannot do, and every line you use gets marked, so you are not quietly reposting the same hook every fortnight without noticing.
Filled in once, dropped into every post you build.
One. Some lines have square brackets in them. That is deliberate, not laziness. The bracket is where your specific goes, and the specific is the only bit that makes anyone believe you. When you pick a line with brackets, boxes appear underneath so you can fill them in and watch the post finish itself.
Two. A few of these ask you to claim something. That the thing got you out of your job. That six months ago you were somewhere else. Only use those if they are true. The whole reason this style works is that women can smell a borrowed story from about four feet away, and the moment they catch one, nothing else you post lands either.

Browse the lot. Used lines stay visible, just marked, because sometimes the right line is one you have used before.
